Service Agreement: By accessing Prestige Book Vault services, you agree to our quantum-secured digital archival protocols and neural interface usage guidelines.

Acceptable Use: Our services are intended for legitimate book preservation and digital archival purposes. Prohibited uses include storing illegal content, attempting to breach quantum encryption, or reverse-engineering our AI cataloging systems.

Neural Interface Liability: While our brain-computer interface technology is extensively tested, users participate in neural reading experiences at their own risk. We are not liable for temporary memory enhancement side effects or increased reading comprehension abilities.

Quantum Storage Guarantee: We guarantee 99.99% uptime for vault access and maintain redundant backups across multiple dimensional storage matrices. In the unlikely event of quantum decoherence, we will restore your collection from temporal backup systems.

Intellectual Property: You retain full ownership of your digitized books. Our AI cataloging improvements and metadata enhancements remain proprietary to Prestige Book Vault.

Service Termination: Either party may terminate services with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you have 90 days to download your complete digital library before quantum purging protocols activate.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in our secure underground facility, mediated by our neutral AI arbitration system.
